Build a single paint job or a coordinated truck-and-trailer package. Custom paint work is quoted per project and is not included as unlimited work in a DVT Hub service.

Payment Options & Work Policy

Payment is collected only after DAM reviews the request and issues an approved quote. Card payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal payments use PayPal Checkout. Customers do not pay from the initial request form.

50% Deposit When offered on the quote, at least 50% must be received before any design or mod work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final release or delivery.
Full Payment If the quote requires full payment, the entire quoted amount must be received before any design or mod work begins.
DAM PAYMENT RULE
  • No paint-job design, mod work, testing, packaging, or production work begins until the required payment has been received.
  • If the job is approved for a 50% deposit, work begins only after that deposit clears.
  • If full payment is required, work begins only after the full amount clears.
  • No completed paint pack, mod, final files, or release is delivered while any balance remains unpaid.
  • Payment method does not change the rule: Card and PayPal orders follow the same payment requirements.

Approved Payment Center

For customer protection, payment buttons unlock only from an approved DAM quote or order. The public website never exposes the US$15 Stripe payment link or PayPal credentials as a general checkout shortcut.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS: Submit Request → DAM Reviews Scope → Customer Receives Quote → Customer Accepts Quote → Required Payment Is Received → Design Work Begins → Remaining Balance Is Paid (if applicable) → Paint Pack Is Delivered or Updated. A completely new theme after approval is treated as additional paid work, not an ordinary revision.
